But deep down i scream i let out tears at night because iam a role model a mother sister a female and i cant, im not suppose to show my weakness allow my children to see this.
No-one ever keeps it real and talks about postpartum how it kicks your ass when noone seems to be watching when everyone thinks everything is ok because you smile and know how to decieve or you work so hard its hard to even believe.
... Its like being bipolar and not being diagnosed another mental illness and none seems to care, cause she just has an attitude

It doest occur right away for some and for others it can last a lifetime. Its not always a detachment from the baby but sometimes from people. ...
Some express in ways you cant imagine others hold their heads high.
Take a minute and ask how are you today? Would you like to take a walk? Lets have lunch? .
Never be straight forward and ask denial is in the blood, if something is off to you suggesting in professional help is always the best.
